About OCLC
Michelle Peterson
Michelle has been working with older adults and their families in long term care, hospice, and homecare over the past 22 years. Today with our aging population, my role as an Aging Life Care Professional is to help older adults and their families navigate the healthcare system. Often this can be an overwhelming time and my goal is to assist in managing their loved one’s care and offer peace of mind. I value the importance of respecting an older adult's dignity and allow them to maintain their independence throughout one's aging journey. We offer highly personalized services, acting as an essential link to help connect available resources to meet client's needs.
Michelle obtained a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Saint Joseph College in West Hartford, CT, and a Licensed Social Worker. Currently a member of the Aging Life Care Association. and National Association of Social Workers (NASW). My affiliation with the agencies allows me a network of professionals and resources nationwide.
